The PPC Specialist will have a portfolio of vacation rental manager clients (approximately 30-45 clients) and responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising accounts. This position is primarily focused on Paid Search Ads within the Google and Bing Ads platforms. Digital advertising campaigns may also include Remarketing, Display, and YouTube advertising. The PPC Specialist may also be responsible for managing some Social Advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for clients. This position consists of 30% budget allocation, client communication, reporting and 70% strategy, data analysis, implementation, and optimization.


The Account Management Coordinator will support our sales and account management teams. This position will be the corporate contact for our client base; including onboarding and training. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate office environment with direct client contact, or have experience in the multi-family industry.


The Content Creator is responsible for creating and executing key elements of each customer’s integrated marketing strategy. This includes but is not limited to email marketing campaigns, landing page content creation, blog creation, and social media management. The Content Creator researches and grasps a range of topics and strategic business goals to produce compelling and accurate content that embodies a customer’s brand voice.


We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


As a Software Accounting Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching new clients during their onboarding to correctly set up of their taxes, fees, trust accounting information and how to use their system effectively to stay in Trust. You will also be responsible for routine calculations, general ledger duties and check the accuracy of calculations performed by clients and employees to identify discrepancies and opportunities and communicate these accordingly.


The Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for helping prepare and support clients and the product team in the delivery of software products at Bluetent. The Implementation Specialist will be working with clients from post-sale until their product onboarding is complete and their website or is live. Tasks include working with the client to gain access to their data feed, testing data, configuring software and consulting with clients on how to best utilize the platforms. Implementation team members are working with 20-30 different clients at any given time.
